As Eden Group’s DMD, Mr. Afnan been instrumental in all of the group’s projects. He leads new project development, capital budgeting, finance, and group business strategy. Mr. Afnan is also involved with technology selection and acquisition, communicating with OEM suppliers overseas. Mr. Afnan is credited with developing the group’s new food manufacturing unit, specialty chemicals unit, and its antiseptic cleaner manufacturing unit. He also leads T&A Corporation as its Managing Partner. Presently, he is heading the group’s upcoming projects in the following sectors: agro-chem, basic chemicals, footwear, and more. He is also a Director of Eden Solutions Ltd., the group’s trading concern.
Besides his leadership in Eden Group, Mr. Afnan is a Member of the Standing Committee at Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry for 2023.
Recognized as one of the best students in Bangladesh, Mr. Afnan studied at the Ivy League institute Cornell University, USA—one of the most prestigious universities globally. He was the only admit from Bangladesh in his year. Mr. Afnan is involved with the country’s academic community and is a frequent guest speaker at the US Embassy
